Do you feel your wellbeing is being overshadowed by stress and overwhelm, leaving you out of balance physically, mentally, and emotionally?
At Wellness Pathways, we’re here to walk alongside you. Together we’ll gently explore what supports you best, through personalised one-to-one sessions that weave together practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Kathryn is also completing her training in trauma-informed nervous system coaching, adding another supportive layer to the journey.
For those who prefer to begin in community, we offer local events in Harpenden—a chance to experience different wellness practices in a warm and welcoming space. And if you’d like to dip your toe in from home, we host regular free online taster sessions too.
